Browse3D Redefines Visual Browsing with Version
3.0
March 2005 –
Browse3D Corporation announces the release of a free and Pro Version 3.0 of
Browse3D with new features that make web navigation easier and more efficient
through its multi-browser graphical interface.
Browse3D’s advantage
is simple – it’s visual. Version 3.0
provides a visual interface to multiple browsers making web navigation more
intuitive and productive. Using a
patented 3-walled room design and multiple browser engines v3.0 allows users to
visually see where they are going and where they've been on the Web. The new
“4-live” feature allows users to monitor or compare four web sites simultaneously
within the single window interface. The
three-walled-room visual design makes moving from page to page simple and easy
to remember. All pages are referenced by
an image or thumbnail of the actual web page not a textual tab, making it easy
to keep track of where you are on the web.
The center wall acts as the current web page, the right wall provides a
place to store and use associated web pages and the left wall provides a
graphical history of the browsing session.
Version 3.0 Pro of the Browse3D Browser offers an impressive new
user interface and navigation features as well these exciting advancements:
-
Advanced
search features allow quick searches from the address box and automatic
retrieval of the top Google search hits
-
Improved
the advanced Anti-Pop-Up features allowing
pop-ups to be handled and viewed at the user’s option
-
Integrated Windows XP SP2 Internet Explorer
pop-up blocker with Browse3D's pop-up features
-
4-Live mode allows side-by-side comparisons of
web page content
-
Dramatic
overall performance improvements
-
New Cut, Copy and Paste functionality helps
organize your web research
-
Web page title captions added above each web
page
-
Advanced auto crawl option added for eBay pages
that list items for sale
-
New menu item provides direct access to saved
sticky files similar to favorites
Minimum system requirements are Windows 98, ME,
XP or 2000; Microsoft Internet Explorer (“IE”) version 5.5 or
higher and Microsoft DirectX Version 7.0 or higher.
Browse3D was born out
of frustration with browsing the web in a single window. The beta version of
this desktop product debuted at COMDEX in November 2001 where it was named
“Best Internet Software.” The browser uses reverse-plug-in(TM) technology and
enhances the features of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer to transform a standard
two-dimensional browser into a highly functional multi-browser tool. Designed
for web users either at work or at home, the product facilitates using web-based
information on more than one page at a time especially on sites with lists like
search engines, auction sites, research sites and comparison shopping sites. Specific examples of users who benefit
greatly from the Browse3D Browser include researchers, analysts, attorneys, and
individuals who often need to monitor or use more than one browser window at a
time.
Browse3D offers a free
and Pro Version 3.0 for $29.95. Both are
available for download now at
www.browse3d.com.
