Free Version License for Browse3Dä  Software

This license applies to the free version of Browse3D software and associated documentation or help files (“software”).  If you have already purchased a license for Browse3D software, see the Software License Agreement associated with that version of the product. 

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.  Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Browse3D Corporation, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Evaluation and Registration

Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for personal, home or evaluation purposes only, without charge.  If you use this software after the 30-day evaluation period and any subsequent extensions provided for other than personal or home use, a license fee of $29.95 is required.  Payments must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, and should be sent to the Browse3D Corporation.  Credit card ordering is available via the Browse3D web site at www.browse3d.com.  Government discounts, educational discounts, and corporate quantity discounts are available through the Browse3D sales department via e-mail at sales@browse3d.com. When payment is received, you will receive a registered copy of the latest version of the Browse3D software.

Software Restrictions and Ownership Rights

The Browse3D software constitutes proprietary and confidential information of Browse3D Corporation.  You may not provide or otherwise make available the Browse3D software, or copies thereof, to any party.  You may not alter, modify, adapt or translate the Browse3D software, including, without limitation, translating, decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering the software or creating derivative works.  You may make copies of the Browse3D software for your personal use only or for backup purposes (with the proper inclusion of Browse3D Corporation copyright and proprietary notices on the Software).  Your  feedback provided to Browse3D Corporation regarding the use and operation of the Browse3D software is owned, in its entirety, by Browse3D Corporation.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE, SELL, OR REQUEST DONATIONS FOR BROWSE3D SOFTWARE.  Unlicensed, unregistered commercial use of Browse3D software after the 30-day evaluation period and any extensions offered by the Browse3D Corporation is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.  THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE SOFTWARE.
